Dongdaemun, one of Seoul's 25 districts, is home to two large markets - Gyeongdong Market, one of the largest herbal and ginseng markets in South Korea and Dongseo Market, where a variety of fruits and vegetables are sold. This district also has several large universities including University of Seoul and Hankunk University of Foreign Studies. Dongdaemun is serviced by the Seoul Metro and the Korean Railway.
