Why Choose Korea Recruiting

There is a high demand for English teachers in Korea. Korea Recruiting offers free placement and year-round support once you are placed at your new job.

Our application is simple and our services are completely free for teachers. We offer year-round support for teachers we place, and help finding other positions for qualified teachers that are not selected. We are committed to helping native English-speakers find teaching jobs in Korea and, unlike recruiters who provide living and teaching info only to teachers they place, our growing resources will always be available for everyone to use free of charge.

FREE

Korea Recruiting is completely free for teachers. We do not charge teachers any fees and we do not take a cut of their salaries. Employers pay us a fee to introduce teachers to them. In fact, we compensate successful teachers for coming back to use our service when they are ready for a new job.

SIMPLE

Fill out our online application and click send. After reviewing it, we will contact you about possible job opportunities.

SUPPORT

We are here for you. Not only are we always available to help answer your questions and concerns, we will contact you regularly about your experience throughout the duration of your contract to find out how your job is going, how you are dealing with living in a foreign culture, and how we can assist. Our post-placement service works with teachers and employers to help ensure your time in Korea is as successful and enjoyable as possible.

A Korean lawyer is available to provide legal support during your time teaching in Korea. For those that want more health insurance than what is offered on the national health plan, we have arranged for an optional insurance program that will provide more coverage.

GUIDANCE

We will be honest with you about the competitiveness of your application and, for those who are not selected, we will offer leads on other places to look for employment and advice on how to make your application more attractive. We are serious about helping you find a job teaching in Korea and qualified candidates who are not selected for our positions may be referred to other recruiters.

RESOURCES

We have growing resources for teachers, from information about living in Korea to teaching resources for your classes. Our Teachers Helping Teachers program provides a meeting place for teachers to ask questions and share advice with one other. Best of all, our resources are and will always be free for everyone to use, unlike some recruiters who only provide living and teaching resources to people they recruit.
